Event Rules and Guidelines

Spots Must be reserved by October 20,2025. SPOTS ARE LIMITED!!!

Boo Bash will be held October 25th
-
All participating vehicles MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CANDY TO HAND OUT.
-
Please arrive between 12:30pm-1:30pm in order to be placed in a spot. (Gates officially close at 1:45pm)

All vehicles must be decorated and ready to start handing out candy at 2:00PM SHARP
-
A Teal bucket will be provided by the PTA to all Trunkers with Allergy Friendly Non-Food items for those with food allergies
-
No scary costumes or themes. This is a family-friendly event
-
Vehicles must remain parked in the same location until 5:30pm (even after event is over)

Trunkers must be vehicles no golf carts

Boo Bash Candy Cornival Sponsorship 2025
Binks Forest Elementary School PTA hosts an Annual Boo Bash & Carnival, serving as the primary fundraiser for the school.
​
This year the event will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Food, fun, amazing performances, games, attractions, and basket drawings will be there. We hope to see you as well!
This year’s Boo Bash Candy CORNival offers sponsorship opportunities. Funds raised from this event will be used to purchase reading supplies to improve reading and independent learning skills with the end goal of bringing students up to and above grade level. Remaining funds will be used to purchase curriculum and classroom support, and additional academic resources for all of our students.

Boo Bash Candy Cornival Vendor Table40 2025
Binks Forest Elementary School is hosting its Boo Bash Cornival on Saturday, October 25, 2025, 2:00 - 5:00 pm.
Funds raised will be used to purchase academic resources for student achievement.
You are invited to support this event as a Non-Food Vendor.
Outside Entertainment, Inflatables, Food, Carnival Games close at 4:30 pm Basket Drawings** in the School Cafeteria begin at 4:30 pm. Indoor activities close at 5pm.

Popcorn Fridays: Give your child a special treat this school year by pre-ordering freshly popped, buttered popcorn. Popcorn is only available by pre-order and will NOT be sold individually on the day of a pop due to a School District mandate. Your child will receive 9 bags of popcorn during the year for only $10.00.

Dollar No Collar: For just $1 your child may wear a school approved noncollar shirt to school on our 10 scheduled Spirit Nights. That is a total of $10, the proceeds will go to our Families in Need.

Adopt A Class: Donate to your child's class. Donations may be made in $25 increments. If your child has more than one teacher (switch teacher), the money will be split between both teachers. Please type in the amount you want to donate (in increments of $25) and select the teacher. You can select multiple (K-5) teachers to donate to, just ensure each teacher is receiving at least $25. If you would like to donate to additional teachers (such as fine arts, speech, ESE) please enter as a separate item.
No Refund will be issued once payment has been submitted.

Field Trip Replacement Shirt 2025-2026

Field Trip shirts are NOT school uniforms and cannot be worn as Spirit Shirts on Fridays.

They are only to be worn on school Field Trips.

ONE Field trip shirt has been purchased for your student. If your student misplaces their shirt during the year, extra shirts may be purchased for $15 by clicking the button below.

Please plan ahead. Extra shirts will need to be purchased one week before the upcoming field trip to ensure a replacement shirt can be ordered. Replacement shirts will only be given to students once payment is received. Replacement shirts can only be purchased online.
